Jan Martin's Jetway and Terminal Final Version - Missing Textures

Featured Replies

Dear all,I am a user of FS2004, and just restarted regular flying after a long hiatus due to personal and work activities. I have just downloaded your package of Jetways & Terminal (Final version) by Mr. Jan Martin as I have already downloaded several previous versions of hisr scenery. The airports are surely wonderful, and the scenery significantly enhanced the experience. However, when I tested the airports included in the package, I found several peculiarities. In some of the airport (see list below) I found that, if I use Top-Down View, the texture (runway, apron, taxiway, building) disappears on certain zoom level. This zoom level varies on one airport to the others. However, the disappearing texture does not occur on other view (eg. cockpit view, VC view, Spot view). The disappearing texture occurs on the following airports:EDDH Hamburg FuhlsbuettelEDDM Munich Franz Josef StraussFACT Cape Town D.F.MalanHKJK Nairobi Jomo KenyattaKLAS Las Vegas McCarranKLAX Los Angeles InternationalKOAK Oakland MetroKSAN San Diego LindberghKSFO San Francisco InternationalRKSI Seoul IncheonRPLL Manila Ninoy AquinoSBGL Rio De Janeiro Gale

No, they cannot, obviously. Presumably you have already tried contacting the author of the software? In my experience many sceneries for FS2004 behave like this, although I can't speak for the one you describe. I suspect it is a result of using older methods/tools to develop scenery.John

My co-pilot's name is Sid and he's a star!
