hey all, as you can tell Im a newbie to FSX. Im just trying to find a VA that has a Training Program in place for people who know how to get off the ground and thats baout as far as I can get. My navigation skills are limited and landing.... well lets not go there. Im not particular as to where in the world I fly, just as long as I can start small and work my way up. So any ideas or suggestions?

Before you get too "gung ho" to start VA flying with others, I would suggest you spend a good deal of time working your way through the "lessons" in FSX. Mastering the basics of flying first is essential - whether you fly by yourself or with others in a VA situation.

Ive done the beginner lessons, Im just used to flying with other people and thats how I learn best. I should clear things up a little, Im a veteran of the IL-2 series, so Im used to flying a plane, thats no problem. Im just used to flying by a map and visual cues within the virtual world to find my way around, not really used to autopilot or GPS or a radio etc.. the things that are an integral part of a Airline service. Landing still is a thing that eludes me to this day and I practice almost everyday in free flight mode. So yea I would like to be part of a team and fly with other people.
