You can report any activity like this to Tom Main at Flight1.I've already sent him the link. Thanks,KJ

Hey:By the way he writes you can tell he's a kid... Probably doesn't know what he's doing. :-lolCheers,http://forums.avsim.com/user_files/12447.jpgMember of the [a href=http://ffg.avsim.net" target="_blank]Freeware Flight Group [/a]

Which means a letter from Fligth1's corporate lawyer might be good instructional material on why to respect the property of others...

Flight1 will most certainly pursue and prosecute. When a key for the UT beta somehow bacame available on a file swapping client, Flight1 contacted the person and they are now liable for numerous copies of UT that were pirated.KJ

Every flight one product from the Meridian onward has it's key specifically tied to the user who bought it. If you share your key, Flight1 will know instantly who it was...They put tons of work into these products for us, jeez just buy it...Ryan

I'm afriad in this cases there is nothing they can do if they want to sue him or take some measure towards this individual.I mean the kid didin't "do" anything wrong, because techically qith this e-mail he wasnt' stealing anything.Furthermore nothing proves the person who owns this email wrote that. It's one of the main issues of the net...you can't use laws as you would use it in "real life"And if they wanted to sue him or smth they'd have to get some evidence, like if he does have the product, how he got it, etc...It's a real lot of work and it's not worth it.However, putting their addresses in public does punish them. That can really hurt a person, as he/she won't be liked by the FS community!
