Unreadable ATC menu

HI all After a clean Install of FSX +SP1+SP2 plus all my add-ons,I am getting an unreadable default FSX ATC menu. I have attached a picture to show.Any help would be great.Mark parslow

Chrome (Android)

  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
