I am running from one computer only, I do normal like flying in full screen but I will plug an old 19 inch LCD in and see how I get on with that idea, maybe a way of not having to print charts aswel. Mark.

Yep I have Fscopilot at the bottom of the dll.xml file, I have uninstalled both fscopilot and fsinn and reinstalled them but still having the same issue, one other issue I have spotted is that with the fsinn control panel open in the vc in full screen mode I lose a good 7-10 fps, if I go to windowed mode of any other view in full screen I get my 30.fps back, I am sure this is a new issue since installing the 777. Don't get me wrong I love this aircraft and it works great if I load a default aircraft first but this is a bit frustrating as it worked fine with the NGX. Mark Mark

Hi all, I am having problems starting Fsinn when I have loaded the 777, I load Fsx select my airport and the 777, I wait for the 777 to initialise and then try and load Fsinn from the menu bar but Fsx freezes up. If I load say the trike first then load fsinn then select the 777 all is ok. Before having the 777 I used use the Ngx and pmdg 747 with fsinn without issues., I now can't use these without loading a default aircraft first. Mark.

I searched the web some more and found a link on Word Not Allowed's website to a Microsoft "FixIt" app, it simple to use just follow the link on Word Not Allowed's website to the Microsoft "FixIt" page down load the "FixIt" app and run it and reboot, after this I was able to go back to my original setup and didn't get any OOM on this route. Dear all. I currently have a i5 2500k at 4.5ghz using 1.3 volts ( I have been up to 1.425 but I can't get it stable above 4.5ghz) so I was looking to upgrade but my budget will only get me iether a i7 3770k or a new motherboard and a i5 4670k, I would have to keep my pc1600 memory for now. I am using a H110i for cooling and my think about De-lidding the cpu but which would give me the best overclock. Mark.

Hi, I have an i5 2500k oc to 4.5ghz, I did have 9800gtx + 512mb, it ran level-d with UT2 and REx happily with slides more to the left, but when I went started flying the NGX I did start to see some low Fps, I am now using a evga 660ti and it seem a good balance, I think you should try and overclock your cpu manual before changing your gpu, you should be able to get your cpu somewhere near with a cheap 212 air cooler.

Thanks for you reply's guys, My system does run hot as it in a cloakroom under the stair ( Wife said if I wanted three monitors, MCP and throttles with yoke it would have to live there , she the boss ) this why I went for the H100, as before I had a coolermaster 212+ which was fine when Pc was on the kitchen but temps went to high when it was moved to the cloakroom. I don't think I would be to happy to up the volts past the 1.410 I have taken it up to, I will get a new PSU this weekend and see if it make a different, looking at a OCZ-ZT750W-UK I have also thought about putting the i5 2500K in the kids Pc and getting my self a i7 2700k and trying to get to 5ghz out of it, would I see any big difference with this?? My FSX is tweaked Bojote's tweak website. again thanks for your feedback. Mark

Hi All, I have been at 4.5ghz for well over a year now, I have a MSI GD55, I52500K ( H100 cooler )and a EVGA 660Ti plus a couple of SSD and 1 HD. system run fine with out any issue, I am using 1.35 volts and temp when running intel burn test max at 77c and when running FSx are at around 55. As I have started to add REX + some Orbx software I would like to try and get near 4.7 or 4.8ghz, I have taken volts up to 1.410 ( I know this is high FSX temp around 69 ) and system will boot at 4.8 and runs fsx ( crashed once out of 5 flight ) but it wont pass the intel burn test, I don't want to go any high than 1.410 with the volts so maybe this is my chips limt.? but I do have a unbranded 500w psu, could changing this help me or not ? the 500w run the system fine and has done so for well over two years but could it be holding back my overclocking? Hi all, I am think of adding some more ram to my system, I currently have 4gb of corsair 1600mhz in two sticks,I was thinking of going upto 8gb, would it be ok to add another two sticks of the same memory in or should I buy 8msi gb in two 4gb sticks? I remember when I built my system it was best to only have two stick in at a time,does it real make a big ddifference, please see my SPEC below. Windows 7 64bit Msi Gd55 motherboard. Hi all, I currently have an i5 2500k overclocked to 4.6ghz with 8gb of ram and a nvida 9800gtx with 512mb of ram all running on W7 64bit. I get around 25fps with Ngx at areosoft mega airport when running med to high settings. And traffic at about 25%. I am using a 19in monitor. Would I see much of an improvement with a 570 gtx, I was looking at a 570 As it in my budget. Mark

Hi Benorg,Sorry what I was trying to say was when I look out of the 2d cockpit I get great light bloom effect but when I switch to the VC it doesn't look so good , I quicky tried the ENB series but it seem to just make it darker,maybe I need to play with the setting of ENB series a bit moreNGX not set for flight,just to show light bloomsee capturesee capture1.

Hi all,I have a 512mb 9800GTX+ ( not sure how much better it is than a 9800GT ) but with my i5 2500k overclocked to 4.7ghz I see around 25-30 fps at EGLL/EDDF areosoft mega airports with most sliders to the right, I am only using a 19in screen @ 1280x1024,I am think of upgradeing to a 550ti/560ti but am not sure what improvment I will see.Mark

Hi All,Does anyone know if a Corsair H100 fir in the top of my Zalman K9 plus. Thanks for your replys guys, not sure what is going on with my system, I did some testing lastnight, I put my BIOS back to optmized defaults turn off the intel EIST & the Intel turbo boost.set clock to 46 and volts to 1.390 plus the ram volts to 1.6. temp are 35 idle and 67/70 when running intel burn test. When I run the Intel burn test I have CPU-z running as well , CPU-z is saying my volts are only 1.385 when I have set 1.390 and when I start the Intel Burn test the volts drop to 1.372 underload is this normal? System passes more times than it dosn't could this have something to do with my PSU, its only a cheap 450w unit ( unbranded) it has to run:- i5 2500K + a hyper 212 plus coller + 4 gig of ram on a MSI GD53 P67 MB plus a 9800GTX+ 2x sata drive 1x SSD 3x 12in case fans in the Z9 plus case. + a Belkin wireless adapter + my Satek yoke and pedels just to add the chip has ever had more than 1.410 volts Mark

Dear all I built a new system 6 months ago; spec is i5 2500K, MSI P67 GD53, 4 gig of ram a 450psu plus my old BFG9800GTX+, W7 64 bit. I overclocked the system from the start, I was able to archive 4.6ghz @ 1.385v, I did try and get 4.8/4.9 with volts up to 1.44 but the system was unstable so I went back down to 4.6ghz. (I was using the Intel-burn test to check stability) at this time I was my problem may be my PSU not being up to the job .System has and still is running fine on CTD, no blue screen and no problem booting, but for some reason I went back and tried the Intel burn test again today and it failed with the system set up in the same way as it was 6 months ago. I put the volts up to 1.395 and I can passed the Intel burn test something and it fails the next time ( this is at 4.6ghz ) when I originally test the system I ran it about 5 or 6 time to make sure all was well.Any help would be great.mark

Hi all,I have always had this problem with the NGX, If i am on the runway and I push the TO/GA hidden button at 40% N1 at take off all is fine, but if I press the TO/GA button on a missed approach my system freezes, I was hoping the latest HOTFIX would resolve this problem but is hasn’t.Any help would be great .My system is i5 2500K running @ 4.6ghz 4gb of PC1600 ( 2x2gb sticks ) Nvida 9800GTX+ 512mb. Hi all, I think I may have hit the FSX sweet spot or is there still more to come?? I have recently upgraded from an AMD6400+ to and i5 2500K; I now have 4GB of DDR3-1600 and a coolermaster 212 cooler , It runs very well @ 4.6ghz @ 1.385volts ( passes Intel burn test, idle temps are about 42c) I still have my old 9800GTX+ in the system at the moment. I use 8xS AA mode in Nvida Inspector and run my fsx.cfg through www.venetubo.com. when flying the PMDG NGX I see about 27/30fps locked @ EGKK when doing circuits with UK2000 scenery + 25% traffic in UT-2 with most slider to the right iam very happy with this but I am stll think of upgrading my GPU, maybe a 560Ti sc or a 570. Would it be worth me doing this? Would I see a difference above 30fps.I also have Aerosoft’s mega airport EDDF which I see 25/28fps. I am uising a 19inch screen @ 1280*1024 Mark

Guys thanks for your help , I am going to stay at 4.6ghz at 1.385v, for now,I was going to upgrade my 512mb 9800GTX+ for a 560Ti sc but as I am getting 28/30fps locked with NGX and uk2000/arosoft airports with setting on the high side I think I will use the money for a new PSU from Novotech.Sometimes it hard to stop chasing the extra couple of fps/GHz.Thanks againmark
