August 14, 200916 yr Hi everyone: Looking for the proper way to uninstall fsx as I wish to reinstall per Nick directions. Should u use the add/remove programs or use the disks. All your help is greatly appreciated. I always come to this forum for the proper answers. Thanks :( I am no done flying til you pry the joystick out of my cold dead hands

I would uninstall the Addons first then FSX. Once everything is uninstalled, make sure you restart your system then check for leftovers in the main FSX directory. I would then run a Registry cleaner then begin the reinstall (ugh!). Good luck!Best regards,Jim Young
