August 22, 200916 yr Q,IMO, the best clouds for Fly!II are a mix of the "designer" cloud sets of Jure Dolanec. I highly recommend his CBBroken, CBClouds, and Few-Scattered cloud sets. With the Broken clouds set, he also includes a batch file that makes it easier to remove one set and switch to another. Randall Rocke

August 23, 200916 yr I agree with Randall and use Jure Danelec's cloud sets. As far as I can recall, the clouds in Fly!2K were a little better. Most often though for IFR flights, because the clouds appear in a somewhat artificial manner, I use reduced visibility only, and set it at, or close to, minimums. I find this to be very realistic of reduced viz IFR approachs. Particularly if flying an approach manually.Brian.
