I've just got this & cannot work out how to make scheduled flight plans. I was hoping to be able to make my own but only seem to get a drop down list to choose from. I want choppers to fly from Victoria BC to Vancouver (for example) so can it be done & if so HOW? By the way - if you've not got it then I can only urge you to. It great! Thanks.

The method is expained in some detail in the users manual -It is normally found here:"C:\Program Files\Heli Traffic 2009\HeliTraffic2009.pdf"The procedure is quite different that most of us are used to and takes some experimenting to get the hang of it - but it does work well.Basically you add Helipads (using the Heli Traffic program) where you want them and then use their flightplan utility to create what they call "scheduled helicopters" (as opposed to random flights) using whatever chopper(s) you select and the Helipads you added.I have made quite a few now - some flying to and from building rooftops and others flying to and from ships at sea. Great fun. :(

I spent a long time at it last night. I got a departure, then a line below with both depart & arrive with an arrive below. In the end I switched off & this morning it's doing what I expected. All I have to do now in get them to stay on the ground for 10 mins or so before buzzing off. This is an amazing programme!Cheers.
