September 7, 200916 yr Hi,Suddenly, the Alt+Tab command to quit back to desktop is no longer working in my FS9.1. When using the combination, the Menu bar appears but there is no change to desktop. Any suggestions on how to regain this function?Am using FS v9.1 and Window XP (SP3).TIA.

Agreed, that is an option; however I do have to mash the Windows key repeatedly to get it to work (and that's with a new Microsoft keyboard).I suspect there is some entry in the FS.cfg file that has changed (somehow) that is preventing the Alt+Tab command from working.

Alt/Tab should switch you between open applications whether it be FS or other applications. Try it with two others such as a word processor application and your e-mail client and see if you can toggle back and forth between them.If not, then you know something is amiss with your keyboard and/or it's connection to the system.Hope that helps.

Weird. Edit: deleted the FS9 .cfg file and the function is working okay now. Now, to add all my .cfg tweaks one by one and test.
