I am having problems in free flight in fsx. Firstly,how can i figure out the direction of my destination(my desired airport that i set in flight planner)?The atc does not tell me anything regarding this,but in missions you have a compass that shows the direction of the destination.And my second problem is, even if i press ctrl+j the jetway does not move or sometimes it is too far away from my aircraft.Can anyone please help?

I know this isn't exactly the answer you're looking for, but I would highly recommend visiting the learning center in FSX. There's some very helpful guides in there, including navigation.
