Hey.. that's even better than signing your real name :)Your rig definitely "should" have the horse power to run FSX and heavy addons quite well.Have you updated your Bios? Made sure you have all the right drivers installed for your mother board's chipset etc?

I tell you what. I was running my FSX on my laptop (still am, waiting for my new desktop that is purpose built for FSX to come in). I was having issues with stuttering over complex areas and what not. I had the UTX & GEX USA/Canada installed. A very useful thing that I have known about for quite a long time, and only started to utilize a few weeks ago was Nick's tutorial for tweaking your PC. Here is the link: http://www.simforums.com/forums/forum_post...=29041&PN=1 . I highly recommend that if you haven't done it, and hope that it would fix your problems. A lot of people have done it and noticed varying levels of improvement. While it does look complex at first. It is actually extremely simple and easy to accomplish. Let us know if you try this how it works out for you!
