Using AS v6.5 with FSX SP2

Featured Replies

Just putting this in print,If you want to use (and you can...) AS v6.5 with FSX SP2, you need to first reinstall FS9 on your system (if not already installed) or the setup for AS v6.5 will not install as it is looking for FS9. Once you have it installed, you can then go and delete your temporary FS9 installation and enjoy v6.5 in FSX.Of course, if you already had FS9 installed, you only need to run your v6.5 program, or reinstall it if it is going onto a new computer as it did on mine.------------------------------------------------BTW...the F1 Mustang (L)ight (B)usiness (J)et is quite the add-on aircraft. Very immersing and a blast to own!It kinda adds to the realism and mental set, as if I ever (yeah...right..uh-huh...) DID win most general lotteries...you could actually go out and buy one new with your winnings! That...and it can snuggle into the pattern at only 90 knots to the numbers----IS one heck of a great performance parameter.OK...now back to it. Oh, one more thing----AS v.6.5 works just fine with FSX SP2. No problems.Cheers,
