June 14, 200322 yr Well, quite a performer! The upgrade is well worth the $10...It looks beautiful, especilly in the Kokopelli scheme. Couple of problems (There doesn't seem to be an FSD forum despite links on the FSD site?)1. The cabin pressurisation seems to be affected by changes in the light, if I fly during the day (between 11am and 1pm)no problem, but at dusk each time there's a change in the light the cabin pressure goes to the outside air pressure, switch to max pressure and the cabin pressure slowly returns and the passengers recover :-)2. Can't keep the poor passengers warm, cabin temperature seems to have a mind of it own.3. It is tricky to see where you are going during the landing, the manual states that there should be a VFR panel setting, which would be ideal except I can't make it work...Any ideas?Geoff
June 14, 200322 yr About the forumhttp://www.fsd-international.com/cgi-bin/d...&conf=DCConfID1I too have some problems with cabin pressure and temperature more or less like yours but since couldn't get a reproducible situation where the problems happens, I'm holding the post at FSD forum.Jos
June 14, 200322 yr Hello Geoff.I was fortunate enough to be a beta tester for the Cheyenne, so...1) I haven't experienced this (I'll move on to the next one ;))2) Try turning the cabin temperature thermostat up higher, the ECS mode selector to high, and the cabin fan to high...this all seems to keep my pax at a nice comfortable temp.3) The FSD crew removed the "landing panel" feature but accidently left it in the POH. Try using the VC for landing (with a zoom setting of 0.70 to 0.80)...works great and gives a splendid view of the landing situation.pssst...FSD does have a support forum ;)....I hang out there quite a bit to see what's going on.Good luck and keep 'em flying!Bradley D.
