Featured Replies

Anyone know what the actual fonts are called and if so, can you point me to where they can be found or if you have them, can you send them to me? PM me if u can, thanks!.:Fiveholer:.http://www.x-plane.org/users/fiveholer/Avs...0GIF%20Real.gif"Yeah, it's gonna be crazy go nuts." - SBIntel P4 2.4GHz - Asus P4PE Mobo - Crucial 512MB PC2700 DDR - 64MB Leadtek Winfast Geforce 3 TI200/Det. 44.03

There are fonts very like BA's ("mylius"? -spelling?), but the actual fonts used by BA are proprietory and patented, having been cutom designed for the airline. I doubt you'll find them for download, but if you do let me know ;)Cheers,Paulhttp://www.strontiumdog.plus.com/sbird.jpgOfficially licenced by British Airways plc for use of name and logo

Actually Mylius IS the British Airways font, created by Rodney Mylius. (Just FYI :-)) But I haven't seen it for download at AGFA Monotype, the manufacturer of it... /fredrik

Thanks guys, I found one very similar I think...here it is below on a paint I'm working on...anyone know about the TUI/Hapag Llyod font? Thankshttp://forums.avsim.com/user_files/17094.jpg.:Fiveholer:.http://www.x-plane.org/users/fiveholer/Avs...0GIF%20Real.gif"Yeah, it's gonna be crazy go nuts." - SBIntel P4 2.4GHz - Asus P4PE Mobo - Crucial 512MB PC2700 DDR - 64MB Leadtek Winfast Geforce 3 TI200/Det. 44.03

Fiveholer:My system actually came with Mylius pre-installed on it. I'd e-mail it to you, but for some reason fonts don't like to be passed around for some reason or another...meaning Outlook never lets me "attach" them to an e-mail. I can't even drag and drop them to other drives/disks. I can however copy and paste the file to a floppy, that's the only way I've found to transfer fonts around. Unfortunately that wouldn't be very helpful for you.Joe Wagner

Actually, you can just copy/paste it to another folder besides the c:windows dir. and they will attach just fine, thanks anyway though..:Fiveholer:.http://www.x-plane.org/users/fiveholer/Avs...0GIF%20Real.gif"Yeah, it's gonna be crazy go nuts." - SBIntel P4 2.4GHz - Asus P4PE Mobo - Crucial 512MB PC2700 DDR - 64MB Leadtek Winfast Geforce 3 TI200/Det. 44.03
