Problem with TH2G & FS9

Hi all,sorry for posting here as the problem is with my TH2G cable but I have not had much luck with Matrox so wondered if someone could assist here.i have one of the original TH2G analogue devices with the VGA ports on both sides.The cable that connects my graphics card (GTX 260) to the input on the TH2G has is faulty and so the colourson the screen keep changing by themselves. i know 100% it is the cable because as soon as you touch it, the screen flickers and changes colour.I went out and bought a standard 15pin male to male VGA cable but when I try to go to 3 screens by launching FS9 (from my normal single screen desktop) the screen goes black with the egg timer.Can anyone confirm if the cable is a special one or jsut a standard HD15-to-HD15 (analog) monitor cable?If I cannot find a working replacement then Im stuck as I cannot afford a new TH2G at
