FS Flightkeeper ACARS-Gauge instead of Weather-Radar

Featured Replies

Hello and thank you for your instructions,Unfortunately, although I followed your instruction correctly, the FSACARS gauge is showing in the Captains Radio Stack, not the Radar stack.Is anyone else having the same problem ?Thanks again.Adam James
Check the two lines:
size_mm=512,512pixel_size=512,512

I think that is for the Lo Def panel. In my VC02 section I have:

size_mm=1024,1024pixel_size=1024,1024

and all of the other numbers need to be doubled...

Sorry, Adam. I did not mentioned: yes I have build it into the "Low-Res-Panel" (you may have to configure it firstwith the config manager and after that make the changes for the ACARS).If you want to build it in the HiRes-Version, you have to change the code shown for "VC SECTION 2" as Mitchell wrote.Mitchell, thank you for the hint. Maybe you can post the entire code you meant with "doubled numbers" here.Thanks

regards,

Stephan

I still need to install FSFK, but your post gave me some clues as to how to get the RXP Wx500 to display the way I would like and have discussed in another thread around here someplace...Anyway, the correct values for the FSFK VC coordinates in the Hi Def screen should be:
/////////////////////////////////////////////////////////   VC SECTION 2///////////////////////////////////////////////////////[VCockpit02]size_mm=1024,1024pixel_size=1024,1024texture=$GaugeTwobackground_color=0,0,0gauge00=j41!pmdg_j41_rmu_1,	0,   0, 393, 500gauge01=j41!pmdg_j41_rmu_2,  393,   0, 393, 500gauge02=PMDG_BAe_JS4100_3!GNSXLS,  1, 508, 512, 408gauge03=j41!pmdg_j41_alt_pic, 896,0,128,508gauge00=FSFK-ACARS!Device,  450, 500, 640, 590gauge05=j41!pmdg_j41fms_pu_open, 919,458,53,35

Thanks very much guys, I will give it a try once I return home again in a couple of days.Most appreciated.Adam James

Hi,Good job, this is very nice info. FSFK is a very useful add-on and it works great in the JS41 now.Thanks,John L.
