I had this idea about PMDG making like a Cessna 172SP. It would be more realistic than any other 172 on the market. And it would have G1000 displays. I bet PMDG could make the G1000 exactly like the real one. Like it would have Safetaxi, Synthetic Vison, XM Weather and so forth. I think that would be great because the default G1000 isn't very good and there really isn't any other payware models of a G1000 that are too realistic. I think that would be great!

I'm sure PMDG could do the Cessna 172 justice, but would it be a good seller? I don't have the Carenado version, but it looks pretty decent.

Although it behaves rather poorly in the more complex maneuvers (eg steep turns, lazy eights), the default 172 is pretty good. No point in PMDG making this plane. They'd probably just have to give it away ;)Paul
