June 23, 200322 yr Hi All,I think this can be done, but I am not sure how. I had to reload WinXP Pro this weekend. FS starts and runs fine, but some of my commercial addons dont. I have to reinstall them but they cant find the FS directory. Is there a way to add to the registry where FS is without having to reinstall FS?Mark

June 23, 200322 yr Author Hi Mark, here it is:[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftMicrosoft GamesFlight Simulator8.0] "Zone"="http://zone.msn.com/asp/fs02redir.asp""Version"="8.0""Retail"="1""Launched"="1""PID"="xxxxx-xxx-xxxxxxx-xxxxx""EXE Path"="C:Program FilesMicrosoft GamesFS2002""CDPath"="D:""VersionType"="RetailVersion""InstalledGroup"="34359681309""LangID"=dword:00000009Two things to note: 'PID' is your serial number. You can get it by inserting your FS2002 disk 1. It is displayed on the opeining screen. Just note it down and exit the installer.'EXE Path' is the directory where you have FS2002 installed. If it's not in the default directory, you need to edit it.That's it.Cheers,Gosta.http://hifi.avsim.net/activesky/images/wxrebeta.jpg
