I've finally decided on a system that i'll use solely for FS9:E8500 3.16ghz4GB 1033 RAM (4x1GB)250GTS 512mb600W PSU500GB SATAII HDI would just like to check before pressing the purchase button that this system will be able to handle "FS9" when using many well developed payware addons to its max.. I'll be using XP 64bit, then upgrading to W7 64bit..Many thanks,FS20.

Change out the 4x1GB RAM for 2x2GB. W7 is barely a week away so if you're going to use it you may as well skip XP x64. Also, which PSU are you looking at, specifically? Wattage is meaningless since every manufacturer rates their PSUs differently.

it'll cost me an extra 76 quid to update to 2x2GB, this surely cant be worth it?

That seems rather high. Where are you buying your parts from? The reason I say to use 2x2GB is because if you fill up your DIMM slots you'll place additional undue load upon your memory controller which can reduce maximum clockspeed of the CPU, RAM, and memory interface. Also if you fill up your slots now and you decide to upgrade later you'll need to remove sticks and will have essentially wasted money.
