Approach Lights

Hi everyoneHoping one of you pro's might be able to give me some help/guidance if possible?I have noticed that most(?) FSX airports have static approach lights however, when lined up at EDDV I was greeted with the attached! When flying I notice the strobe effect either side of the threshold at airports but it looks like some airports have a strobe effect 'down' the middle of the threshold? Would these be called runway guidance lights and can this be edited for other airports and if so what would I need to have in order to do that?(You will see from this link what I am referring to: http://
