Featured Replies

hi i am thinking of downloading tileproxy and giving it a go i have been reading about this and have been looking on youtube and the program looks grate .I have a radeon hd 4850 graphics card and a amd athlon 64x 2 dual core processer 5200 + 2.70 ghz and 3 gb of ram and a 22inc monitor .my question is can you use microsoft acceleration with tileproxy .i lookfaward to any help i can get on this regards stewart.

I'm running it with an athlon 64x 2 dual core processer 5000, o/c'd at 3.0 Ghz. It runs pretty well I think.I tried to get a good o/c by increasing the vcore voltage and wasn't getting anywhere. So I decreased to vcore as low as my mobo would allow it and now it runs at 3.0 and oh so cool too, so very safe. Very odd, I thought.Couldn't comment on acelleration though as I don't have it but it runs fine with SP1.You do need to switch off your virus scanner though as it interferes. You'll get lots of great advice on this forum but first you need to read Eds guide and then the manual in full.Oh and remember service 1 for europe and service 3 for north america.IAN
