Fixing Glass on FS9 Aircraft Used in FSX

I am looking for information about how FSX (acceleration) deals with glass. I saw one recently, and now I can't find it. I have an FS9 aircraft that I want to use in FSX (JU-52 by Oliver Fischer), but the glass looks like its been left out in a year-long dust storm without cleaning. Any suggestions as to where I might find information about how to fix this. Thanks.
