Reinstalled RC4.3 on my Windows Home XP SP3 PC, FSX is on a network PC with XP Home SP3 as well. The generated Product Key is: -1999317625 I sent that number and my name, Randy Jura into the automated system, three times actually and got back the same key each time, but it doesn't work. When I restart RC4, it comes up unregistered. I did one uninstall and reinstall just make sure and all the numbers come up the same, the key sent to me doesn't work/register my copy. What next please?Randy Jura

your key is BCGFCPMCHLFBCDFIEQNKJPEAFHDJNQGCinterestingly, the first two you sent had a number of special characters at the front of the product id, which messed up the key generator. the last key request you sent in looks like it worked, since that key is the same one i pasted above.jd
