This may have been discussed previously...but I haven't been able to find any reference to it. Every time I try to load a FS2004 route/flight plan via the PSS 777 CDU, I receive a "buffer overrun" error and FS crashes back to windows. Any hints on how to load a flight plan without crashing or converting the FS2004 route file into a format that can be placed directly into the PSS 777 routes folder? Thanks in advance,Todd

Don't think that is doable. PSS fltplns have a proprietary file extension. You can enter the flight plan into the FMS via the CDU, or purchase FSBuild, which exports flight plans in PSS format.Jim Harnes
