Dont get to fly longhaul much nowadays, girlfriend was away so planned a nice relaxing night at home with beer & pizza and a Atlantic hop. While parked at the gate in EGSS with the APU running I get a phonecall from a friend and end up going out all weekend leaving the Sim running till this morning, there was only 8000 pounds of fuel aboard when I left yet the Aircraft survived 3 days on APU power and still had 4000 pounds left?? That cant be right, can anyone else confirm this?ThanksRob Prest

Rob,Fuel consumption is modelled, the APU uses between 180 and 300 kg/h depending on its load. Of course it never was tested over a period of three days. Are you sure the aircraft had 8000lbs when leaving the sim?Regards,Markus
