Active Camera

Anyone familiar with the Active Camera demo?I've successfully installed AC2.1 on my FS9.1. Not using the no-CD patch, running from the CD.AC installs and the pull down menu appears normally in the FS pull down menu.Starting from KSEA (the demo only works in Seattle), none of AC's demo functions work at all no matter what I change in the Settings menu. No fly by, no head latency effect, no approach mode, no external "walk-around" - nothing. It's still just my default FS9.1 views, even in Instant Replay mode. Tower View is standard tower view, and Spot Plane vied is standard. This happens both with default aircraft as well as add-on planes such as Flight 1The AC support prople told me to uninstall it, clear the registry key, and re-install. I did so, but got the same thing - nothing.Anyone familiar with this have any ideas? Or am I not using the program correctly? Can you help?Thx

Not being able to get the demo to work, I read that if FS9.1-Update is installed (which mine is), you have to uninstall it (that is, roll back to FS9.0), then, install the Active Camera demo 2.1 for FS9.0. Then, reinstall FS9.1-Update, then apply a bugfix for 9.0 that AntiCyclone has (AC2004_2_1 fix FS9_0.exe) All this is supposed to get it to work.I haven't tried it yet but has anyone had to go through this just to get it to work?

A few weeks ago when I went to install active camera I mistakenly downloaded, Active Camera 2.1 for FS 2004 (version 9.0) fired up fs9 and nothing was working then later on I realized that I downloaded the wrong version went back downloaded the Active Camera 2.1 for FS 2004 (patched to version 9.1) for the fs9 9.1 updated version and everything works fine.

I too have had a problem with this app to the point that I asked how it could be uninstalled. They tell me that there is an uninstall feature in the Main FS2004 programme, but was unable to find it.See from your previous post you did one better and deleted the registry entry - are you able to remember where the registry entry was located as I still get the pop up box when I fire FS9 upMany thanksPaul6nm North of EGNX
