July 3, 200322 yr Tom Main or one of his staff to get back with you if you are having a problem reinstalling UT? I dont want to be a pain in his side and I am sure he and others are busy getting UT to work for us in CoF just as quicky as they can but I have this 30 program and can't get it to reinstall and havent heard back from UT customer service as to what can be done. I have the key code from the orginal install and know what credit card i used but it wont reinstall. Any advice from fellow simmers?Kilstorm
July 3, 200322 yr Author The only thing I can suggest is to be sure you're using the downloaded file with the purchase wrapper. The extracted setup file won't work for a reinstall.
