November 8, 200916 yr Hi - I used ASA for a while until I purchased REx in July and have been using the REx weather/graphics but I feel the weather depiction is somewhat hampered for some reason. So I thought I would give ASA another try where it is running on a network setup and REx is installed on the server with FSX so the graphics are influenced by REx. When I use ASA as the weather engine the clouds are somewhat flat which may be caused by what ASA is calling for as compared to what REx is calling for. I have selected up to 20 cloud layers in ASA hoping that it would make a difference.I read that ASA works great with other programs that have graphics so I am not sure where the issue arises from.I would appreciate some feedback. Thanks,Robert \Robert Hamlich/
November 9, 200916 yr Hi,In ASA, make sure the Stratus cloud slider is way down. Those are flat clouds. Other than that, ASA is just going to use whatever textures you have installed in FSX.Thanks,
