trouble downloading

When I find a file I would like download (which I frequently do) I follow standard procedure. When my computer reaches the download page it locks up. Can you tell me why. Is it my computer or internet. I use comcast. Tried everything you have suggested. One sad simmer... :(

You have to make sure that www.avsim.com is set as a trusted site in your browser and your firewall. If you are not using Firefox as your browser you should think about using it as most of us at AVSIM use it with no problems.Let me know if this helps out.
