Range knob not working

Hi all - I just purchased the B 747-400X and I'm having a few issues with the knobs. I can't seem to change the range on the map. When I try to move the range knob above the displays, it just wont move (either virtual or 2-d cockpit). Is there something that I need to do differently in this sim addon vs. others? I have Wilco's A-320 series and the knobs are easy to move with the mouse, but it doesn't seem to work here...thoughts?Thanks!sillypilot

The buttonology for the 747 takes a little getting used to but it is easy to use. There is a section in the manual's introduction that explains how to control knobs.
