TP Beta 8 - Host Not Resolved

I have FSX SP1 and just installed TileProxy 8 Beta. I edited the UserProxy.ini file to select source files 1, 2, or 4 but none seem to work. Disabled Firewall and Norton virus protection. Starting the Tile Proxy application seems to be OK but when I start FSX the log file constantly lists that it cannot resolve Host.Why?

May be the location of your tileproxy, cache, photorealworld folders and proxyuser.ini file. Can you provide the locations to discount any of those being in the wrong place.IAN
