I have just got into messing around with scenery, have a few questions. looking for freeware objects to add to the stck fsx collection also would love to add a fence to my carpark in airport but dont know how, then there are roads etc, what do i need to add roads. Look in the FSX and FS2004 Scenery Design sections of the file library here on Avsim and you'll find tons of free scenery objects. Most of them are in the FS2004 section but should work in FSX as well. ADE9X is a free program that will let you place the scenery objects in your scenery, as well as make all sorts of changes to airport elements like aprons and taxiways.
