I don't think there is a set release date for the whole Europe. It will probably be on a per country basis. As far as I know, the release date for France will be November-December. I guess it takes them all these months to make some pityfull English-French semi-automatic translation so that I end up with some mixed language piece of garbage when I install English add-ons...

Amazon.co.uk and other European suppliers will happily send it to you. Don't worry, you will not get any extra tax for this, as it will be a shipment inside the European Union. Neither is Microsoft legally allowed to try to prevent this to stage the release in each country individually.And as a site notice: Microsoft would never use Machine translations - they are not THAT stupid. The problem usually comes from concatenated strings and out of context translation. These things should be caught in the internal testing, but maybe the QA spend too much time playing instead. :)
