Although I had my planes back-up to an extenal drive, I found the other day after installing win7, that my external drive is dead. I got most of my stuff back. However I learned id have to purchase an extended download from PMDG to re-download my planes, so I did and got back a receipt from PMDG. However, my links are still expired. What else am I supposed to do?Thanks for any advice.Robert Feddersen

Robert,You're all set now, but please reread the receipt you got from us - it instructs you to send an email to [email protected] telling us which products you need reactivated. The process is not automatic and we don't know what to do unless you send that email.
