Download rate too low to not working

Hi,This is occurring recently, maybe since 5-6 weeks. Looked up the FAQ but found no reference to download rate.Download starts good and the rate is rapidly "deteriorating" to around 1.5KB/sec and at some point in time I get a WINDOWS TIMEOUT message like that

Hello form AVSIMI know from time to time our servers can get very busy.I hope this is the problem. By all means let us know if this continues though I have to admit I do not know what the problem might be other than some kind of node problem on your end, though I highly doubt it. If you still have problems drop a line to us at library@avsim.com there are others there that might be able to shed some light on the problem.
