December 11, 200916 yr Has anyone besides me had trouble getting any kind of response from PMDG Customer/Technical sevice?...I've been trying for days to find out why my extended download service that I purchased along with the MD-11 doesn't work..I've written them several times with no response...I spent the extra $5 for the service, I should get it...it is scheduled to expire on the 18th of this month...my PC crashed and I had to totally rebuild...I didn't bother backing up the installer since I had purchased the extended download service...wish there was a phone number to call for assistance but they choose to hide behind e-mail only I guess...very disappointed with their customer service...any ideas out there?Thanks!....I feel a bit better gettin that off my chest!Steve LeingangBANZAI

If not something is blocking the e-mail and you need to try another e-mail service. I believe yahoo mail works fine. If you look at their wiki or do a search in the forum, this is well documented. :( George Morris

If you look at their wiki or do a search in the forum, this is well documented. :(No I never got an automated response but when I repurchased the Extended Download this morning, I did...I sent my "update me" e-mail as it requested (so they can verify that I did make the original purchase) and still nothing back...that was about 30 minutes ago...thanks for the tip, I'll check my mail server...Just checked and nothing in spam mail...my mail works fine...BANZAI
December 11, 200916 yr Commercial Member Steve,If you aren't getting auto-responses from us, that means the emails from us back to you are getting intercepted by your ISPs spam filters - we don't know why this happens but certain ISPs are very sensitive to it. Try using a Gmail account in the future, those seem to work without issue.I've reset the download links - log into your account on the site and it should work.
