December 14, 200916 yr I have recently upgraded to Windows 7 64bit Professional. I have FSX and Acceleration. This was a fresh install on a new hard drive. My problem now is that when I install add on scenery and then navigate in FSX via the add new scenery button to where the new scenery files reside, FSX does not see the contents of the new scenery folder and therefore does not include it/update the database with it. The files are however clearly visible in Windows Explorer in the correct place in the FSX folder. These add on scenery files worked without issue on my previous Vista 32 bit machine.Any ideas on why this is happening? Thanks in advance. December 14, 200916 yr Author Wow thank you so much bursco! - I would never have figured that out. Wonder how anyone did! Will give it a try tonight. I was really worried that my fresh installation was already corrupt in some way.
