December 22, 200916 yr Hello. I've been flying with PMDG 737 600/700 for two years and I recently purchased 800/900.I've been using three display monitors with Matrox triplehead2go for the instrument panels.I'm displaying all the instrument panels in my three monitors when I fly. As for 600/700 it's working fine but for 800/900, I'm having problem to downsizing the throttle panel which appears too wide and big and covers up overhead panel and other panels in my system. For 600/700, I can simply click and hold the side edge of the panel and reduce the size to the size I want, but for 800/900, I can not grab the side edge. I can grab the top and the bottom edge the throttle panel and shorten the length of it, but I can not grab the both side edges of it and shorten the width of it. Therefore, I have to close it and I have click it to open everytime I use it. Does anyone have any idea why I can not grab the side edges of the throttle panel of 800/900?

Can you perhaps grab a corner and resize both width & height simultaneously? (I'm using triple monitors w integrated LFwd,Fwd,RFwd views)Alex Reid

Can you perhaps grab a corner and resize both width & height simultaneously? (I'm using triple monitors w integrated LFwd,Fwd,RFwd views)Alex ReidThank you for replying me. I can't even grab the corner. I found the whole picture appears strange in my system. Check the right side of the picture, FO's stabilizer trim wheel. It appears different from the left side, the Captains stabilizer trim wheel. To make it easier to see the difference, I attach the picture 737NG_Center_Background_1280 used in the throttle panel.
December 23, 200916 yr Sorry, I couldn't attach "737NG_Center_Background_1280". Maybe because it's a bmp file or something.
December 23, 200916 yr I can confirm you are missing a slice of the throttle quadrant on either side. That is certainly why you cannot grab the side edges. I have no explanation for you- sorry. see the attached pic- mine is on right side. Upper right corner shows 2 1/2 key buttons of the CDU above. Yours shows a single truncated button.Similar on left side.Alex Reid

Throttle panel of my 600/700 just appears fine as yours and I can grab it, and it only happens to 800/900.

Throttle panel of my 600/700 just appears fine as yours and I can grab it, and it only happens to 800/900.Just thinking on your problem- Is it possible that the TQuadrant popup is simply sized too large for your monitor and the side edges are beyond the monitor width? (quite possible if your secondary mon is a bit smaller than main mon.)Try dragging on the title bar of the throttle to move it sideways a bit. If the missing edge appears, then drag it back a little to narrow the whole, so it fits your monitor. Then save that flight so it all reopens correctly next time. And have you tried adding a view to that monitor? A wide view is hard to beat!Alex Reid
