This video was filmed during the Airbus Family Day Event hosted at the Airbus Wing Factory (Broughton, UK) on 5 September 2009. The event marked the companies 40th Anniversary.The A380 in the video (F-WWOW, MSN: 1) was the first ever A380 off the production, the first ever A380 to take to the skies and the first ever full double deck aircraft.She makes three passes, each more impressive than the last. In the first, she flies normally at speed. In the second, she flies very slowly demonstrating the extraordinary capabilities of the aircraft thanks to her large wings and FBW control system.
