I had this problem before, but got rid of it, just don't remember how :(
December 26, 200916 yr It's because your visibility range is to high, try to reduce it. My Specification: I CAN RUN FSX IN MAX SETTINGS....i don't care about dell, bell, amd, intel, 60000 wats power supply or alien made graphic card....
December 26, 200916 yr Is that the visibility setting in the weather/advanced setting. If so, I have that set at 30 miles
December 26, 200916 yr Yeah, but if you set same visibility in Active Sky at 30, you get rid of those for sure. My Specification: I CAN RUN FSX IN MAX SETTINGS....i don't care about dell, bell, amd, intel, 60000 wats power supply or alien made graphic card....
January 2, 201016 yr Yeah, but if you set same visibility in Active Sky at 30, you get rid of those for sure.Hello I
January 3, 201016 yr Setting the visibility in the settings panel won't do it. You need to use FSUIPC and set the maximum visibility there to 3000, which works out to 30 miles since it's in 1/100th of a mile. My suggestion is to set the visibility in FSUIPC to 30 miles and set the visibility in flight simulator as high as you can get it, based on your system. The setting in flight simulator controls the horizon distance, while FSUIPC controls the fog. If you have the setting in flight simulator too low, the horizon appears to be too close when you are at cruising altitude and you can see an obvious cutoff in the distance, so it's best to keep it high in flight simulator, and control the visibility with FSUIPC.
