How to remove/disable current view text in upper right corner

When you change views, text in the upper right corner indicates the current view and zoom factor. It stays on for about 10-15 seconds. Is there a command to disable this feature?Thanks!

To turn off the red warning text messages, change these lines in FSX.cfg and change True to FalseInfoBrakesEnable=FalseInfoParkingBrakesEnable=FalseInfoPauseEnable=FalseInfoSlewEnable=FalseInfoStallEnable=FalseInfoOverspeedEnable=FalseThese are located in the [Display] section of your config file. If they are not present, add them.Edit.....erm....and What Ulf posted will give you exactly what you want.

Edit your fsx.cfg (with Notepad or any other text file editor). Under the section [Main] set HideInfoText to zero:

Another tip: change the ChangeTime to something like 1.000000. This way the message still appears, but a LOT shorter. I have disabled most messages but the zoom factor can be handy every now and then, so instead of removing it completely, I just made it appear shorter. [Display]ChangeTime=1.000000
