hello,I have the PMDG 747 add-on for FSX and found out about the type ratings course that PMDG made. I want to use them but they were made for fs2004. Is there anyway of being able to use them in FSX? By the way, are they any good and how do you follow the instructions for the tutorial while in the sim is there some sort of person telling you what to do or is it something else?

Go download the documents from PMDGs website. You read and then perform.

If you have a second monitor, use FSX in Windows mode, and put the tutorial on the second monitor.

It's a document. It works in Adobe Acrobat. The FS9 and FSX version of the PMDG 747 operate the same so the documents apply to each version.
