January 11, 201016 yr I can not register my RC v4.3 after I formatted my pc. I have a Vista Ultimate 64 bit dual boot system, FS 9.1 and haven't installed any other addons. I installed and started RC4 with administrator privileges as instructed in the mail. But registration screen keeps coming up.Could my product id change after the format? Could that be the source of the problem?Edit:Sorry just seen the topic in FAQ :)
January 11, 201016 yr Just go through the registration procedure in RC again but be sure you have the same e-mail address as when you ordered. If not you'll have to provide a manual e-mail with it indicating your e-mail address when you ordered it. Be sure to include your full Product ID.Be sure jdtllc.com is permitted to go through in your spam filter settings on your PC and/or your ISP's filter.
