Run Time Error 713

The first time I attempted to run RC when I attempt to load my FSX developed flight plan I get the message saying that I don't have the MSSTDFMT.dll installed. I downloaded same. Where does it need to go so that I can run RC?

Followed the instructions in the post you cited. Got no error message & the msstdfmt.dill is located where it is supposed to be, i.e., c:\windows\syswow64. Still getting the error message in RC when I attempt to load a flight plan. Running Windows 7 64 bit.
