I am intrigued as to how FS2004 can be shown as for sale on ebay before it is released. The photo is of the discs & NOT the box so I guess that the seller has them in his posession.

Could be the beta, who knows. It did say discs X 3, I thought there where 4 discs?! It's possible the person works for a retailer and already has copies of the production version. There are mail order houses already selling FS2004 and many people have already taken delivery.
