Aircraft won't pressurize

I originally posted this issue on the Eaglesoft forum but in lieu of an answer there, I thought I'd inquire here, to see if the problem is unrelated to the plane specifically.What's happening, is that when I take off in the Citation X, the pressurization system fails to seal correctly. Thus, as the plane climbs higher, so does the cabin. I've got it set on the NORM mode which should handle everything automatically but not long after I get through 10,000', I get a High Altitude cabin alert. I'm wondering if there may be some attribute in the sim (perhaps in the cfg file) that would prevent the pressurization system from working.
