Assuming that your INS co-ordinates all equate to an actual waypoint/VOR/ADF that is already in FS9, you simply start with a basic plan using start and end airports. Then edit the FS9 flight planner by dragging the red line to each consectutive co-ordinate from your INS plan, and deleting the FS9 points you dont want to use.if your co-ordinates are NOT in FS9 ans a waypoint/VOR/ADF then you cannot do this. You can find freware downloads of waypoints (NAT tracks for example) and place them in the requisite folder so you can use them in the flight planner.

If you go to your Flight simulator files folder in my documents and select the flight you wish to use , then open with wordpad and you get this [flightplan]title=VHHH to RJTTdescription=VHHH, RJTTtype=IFRroutetype=3cruising_altitude=32000departure_id=VHHH, N22* 18.37', E113* 53.46',+000019.00departure_position=25Ldestination_id=RJTT, N35* 33.01', E139* 46.21',+000023.00departure_name=HONG_KONG_CHEK_LAP_KOKdestination_name=TOKYO_INTERNATIONALwaypoint.0=VHHH, A, N22* 18.37', E113* 53.46', +000000.00, waypoint.1=ENVAR, I, N21* 59.30', E117* 30.00', +000000.00, M750waypoint.2=DADON, I, N22* 16.35', E118* 00.10', +000000.00, G581waypoint.3=CYRUS, I, N22* 12.56', E118* 31.54', +000000.00, G581waypoint.4=PARPA, I, N22* 01.56', E120* 02.11', +000000.00, G581waypoint.5=HCN, V, N21* 55.41', E120* 50.38', +000000.00, G581waypoint.6=TULTO, I, N23* 19.22', E123* 00.00', +000000.00, G581waypoint.7=IGURU, I, N23* 57.15', E123* 59.54', +000000.00, G581waypoint.8=MYC, V, N24* 47.09', E125* 18.04', +000000.00, G581waypoint.9=MYC11, I, N26* 23.13', E126* 18.05', +000000.00, G581waypoint.10=BISIS, I, N26* 47.21', E126* 32.57', +000000.00, G581waypoint.11=ONC, V, N27* 25.58', E128* 41.56', +000000.00, waypoint.12=OLDUP, I, N30* 07.31', E135* 20.32', +000000.00, A590waypoint.13=BUBDO, I, N31* 25.55', E136* 39.13', +000000.00, A590waypoint.14=GULEG, I, N32* 52.33', E138* 10.02', +000000.00, A590waypoint.15=MJE, V, N34* 07.08', E139* 29.54', +000000.00, waypoint.16=HATSU, I, N34* 58.40', E139* 31.09', +000000.00, waypoint.17=YU, N, N35* 11.56', E139* 36.52', +000000.00, waypoint.18=RJTT, A, N35* 33.01', E139* 46.21', +000000.00, Mark
