Can`t reinstall and validate my 747-400X

Hi PMDG all :( After new System Installi am not able to Install the 747-400X to FSX.It does not validate the Product :( Firewall is off and i checked my password and Order ID at the PMDG Site.Everything is correct but it does not validate - any help here PLEASE :( Order Date was 8/3/2005my E-Mail: mgoers@t-online.demaybe something corrupt in the database somehow - so i need help from the PMDG Team.regardsMario G

I would remove your order date and email, they only need your full name posted (The name used of course at purchase).Figured I hop in and let you know since you have about an hour to edit your post before it locks.

I also have the same problem and I'm a new PMDG 747 pilot. Try to check the tab where it contains email. ENTER your email address there.I contacted PMDG Support about the issue, after that I figured out what to do then.
