So Mr Serena has finally come out? Its a bit shocking, seeing that he is only dragging himself deeper into a hole. Ferdy as you can see, this forum has over 7000 members, yours has around 800, and the last post on your forum was on Aug 26th 2003. So I don't think Avsim is going anywhere soon, due to gross popular demand. ;) Also the term, my army is bigger than your army, comes into effect here.

It all boils down to respect of the author's terms and licenses, freeware or not. The author, by international convention and statute, controls his product and the distribution thereof. If an author states no distribution without personal authorization, that's what it means.
