the last command was wrong.it's regsvr32 msstdfmt.dllnot just msstdfmt.dlland, even more importantly, you didn't open the dos window as admin.the instructions pinned to the top of the forum are quite precise, and if followed exactly, will work perfectly. i'm guessing you didn't click start, cmd in the search box, and press ctrl-shift-enter.
